Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

Account data: your email address and a cryptographically hashed version of your password (we never store the password itself). Billing data: subscription status and Stripe customer identifiers. Your card number goes directly to Stripe and never touches our servers. Technical data: a session cookie that keeps you logged in, and standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) kept for security and troubleshooting.

2. What we use it for

To run your account and subscription, to send you service email (password resets and notifications when new picks are published), to keep the site secure, and to understand aggregate usage. We do not run third-party advertising or ad trackers, and we do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.

3. Who we share it with

Only the service providers needed to operate the site: Stripe processes payments, Resend delivers our email, and our fonts are served by Google Fonts (Google's servers see the same request data any web server sees, such as your IP address). Market odds come from third-party data providers; no personal information is sent to them. We may disclose information if required by law.

4. Cookies

One cookie: the session cookie that keeps you signed in. No advertising cookies, no cross-site tracking.

5. Retention and deletion

We keep account data while your account exists. Email support@cagemath.com from your account address to delete your account; we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except records we must keep for tax, billing dispute, or legal reasons. The public fight record contains no member personal data and is permanent.

6. Security

Passwords are hashed with scrypt, traffic is encrypted with TLS, and payment card data is handled entirely by Stripe. No system is perfectly secure; if we learn of a breach affecting your data we will notify you as required by law, including Florida's Information Protection Act.

7. Your choices

You can access or correct your account email by contacting us, delete your account as described above, and stop subscription emails by canceling membership. Password reset and billing emails are transactional and sent only when triggered.

8. Age

The site is for adults 21 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 21; if we learn we have, we will delete it.

9. Changes

Material changes to this policy will be posted here with a new effective date.
