1. Who we are

Cagemath ("Cagemath", "we", "us") operates cagemath.com from the State of Florida, United States. By creating an account or using this site you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

2. What Cagemath is, and what it is not

Cagemath publishes statistical analysis of mixed martial arts fights: model-generated win probabilities, comparisons to betting market prices, and a public record of past analysis. Everything on this site is provided for entertainment and informational purposes only.

Cagemath is not a sportsbook, does not accept or place wagers, and does not provide gambling, financial, or investment advice. Probabilities are estimates, not promises. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Nothing on this site is a representation that you will win money. If you choose to bet, that decision and its consequences are entirely yours.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years old and of legal age in your jurisdiction to use this site. Sports wagering is illegal in some places. It is your responsibility to know and follow the laws where you live. We may refuse or terminate service where use of the site would be unlawful.

4. Accounts

You agree to provide accurate information, keep your login credentials private, and not share your account. One account per person. You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

5. Subscriptions and billing

Paid membership is billed through our payment processor, Stripe, either monthly or annually at the prices shown at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. We may change prices going forward with reasonable advance notice; changes never apply retroactively to a period you have already paid for. During any free or promotional period we may modify or end promotional access with notice.

6. Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel anytime from your account page. Cancellation stops future renewals and your access continues through the end of the period you paid for. Except where required by law, payments already made are not refunded for partial periods.

7. Intellectual property and acceptable use

The site, its content, and its analysis are owned by Cagemath or its licensors and are provided for your personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to scrape, resell, republish, or systematically redistribute picks, probabilities, or other member content, and not to interfere with or attempt to breach the site's security or operation. The public record page may be linked and quoted with attribution.

8. Disclaimers

The site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or availability. Odds and market data come from third parties and may be delayed, wrong, or incomplete. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error free.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cagemath will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any gambling or wagering losses of any kind, arising out of or relating to the site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Cagemath harmless from claims arising out of your use of the site in violation of these Terms or of applicable law, including gambling laws in your jurisdiction.

11. Changes and termination

We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date, and continued use after that constitutes acceptance. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may stop using the site at any time.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute relating to these Terms or the site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
